Customer Disclosure & Terms of Service

This disclosure outlines the terms, conditions, and limitations of service from the time King Sports Cards and Collectibles LLC (“King Sports Cards,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) receives a customer’s collectibles through the return shipment of those items to the customer.

1. Receipt of Items

• All items submitted to King Sports Cards are received and logged upon arrival at our facility. • Customers are responsible for proper packaging and shipment of their collectibles to our facility. • King Sports Cards is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during inbound shipping. • Customers are encouraged to use insured shipping methods and retain all tracking information.

2. Handling & Care

• All collectibles are handled with professional care and industry-standard procedures. • Despite best practices, minor handling risks exist due to the nature of collectibles and grading processes. • By submitting items, the customer acknowledges and accepts these inherent risks.

3. Grading, Authentication & Encapsulation

• Grading and authentication are professional opinions based on our standards, experience, and equipment at the time of evaluation. • Grades and authentication determinations are final and not guaranteed to match opinions from other grading companies. • Encapsulation and slab sealing are performed using ultrasonic welding and preservation methods designed to protect the collectible. • King Sports Cards is not responsible for undiscovered manufacturing defects, prior alterations, or hidden damage.

4. Turnaround Time

• Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Delays may occur due to submission volume, service level selected, operational factors, supply availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
• King Sports Cards is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather events, or force majeure events.
